Recently a colleague of mine sent me a fun and inspiring You Tube segment called “Do you dare to dream?” Though I typically don’t indulge in much You Tube viewing the title peeked my interest. Well, suffice to say it was well worth the seven minute time investment. I found it not only creative and enjoyable to watch but subtly enlightening. Naturally, anyone who views it will have their own take on what they get out of it but for me what really resonated was its reference to the word change and how it is often seen as a “scary” word.
